I am a personal trainer sports massage therapist, fitness instructor, take classes on the Fitball and a Hatha yoga teacher. I am fit, ran the London Marathon 2006. I am gregarious, outgoing, enjoy meeting new people and travelling along with sports of course. Tennis being my first love but like to watch it as well as play it. Like football too, being at a match is good. Support QPR for my sins as I am a girl from the Bush ShepherdsBush that is, do not live there any longer been a while since I have. Live out in the country now. I am widowed have 3 sons all married and 8 grandchildren!!! In to Latin American,Ballroom dancing I am a vegan I love this planet and all who live on it especially animals so why eat them?
Since losing my husband I have travelled a lot seen so many countries and there are so many more to see. Besides travelling I love to play tennis as I mentioned before, swim, exercise, watching foreign films and going to the theatre, also live concerts. I am an outdoor person, passionate about my fitness and my health and my family. I am a vegan in all the senses of the word.

Not sure how to answer this question but I guess someone who makes me laugh and that I can have fun with that doesn't want to own me and would be happy as being part of my life not the whole of it. Someone to have fun with that doesn't take life too seriously. I like younger guys and they like me it's always been that way.
