Modify/View Profile location...

Greetings,
I've noticed when I modify my GC profile it requires a City, State, and Country. However, when I actually view my own profile, it never shows the state. Just country and city. Thought I would point that out.

I've noticed this for quite a few users, but not all of them. Some say city/state, some only say one, and some say all three, even if the user put all three in their profile.
