Being able to click on members forum response Profiles

When someone posts a comment I tried to click on their name so I can see their profile but its not working. Ad Min's how can we access the responding memebers profile ?

Unfortunately, the screen names on GoCougar are incompatible with the forum software so you cannot locate the corresponding GoCougar member.

The forums aren't intended to replace the profile/search system on GoCougar. They were implemented simply to enable members to communicate on topics of common interest.
