How do I get back to the main list of forums?

I'm probably just displaying my abysmal ignorance of all things computer-related here, but when I first come to the forum site there is a list of all the forums. I choose one, for example Chit Chat, then select a topic and read the posts. At that point I'd usually like to go back to the main list of forums, but I cannot find a link that lets me do that. Will someone tell me if there is a way?
