Allowing Profile Badges in Signatures

Certain codes like IMG and links are not allowed in signatures. I understand the reasons for that, but I was wondering if we could at least be allowed to add our profile badges to our signatures? They aren't very large, and it would be an easier way for people to check out a profile if they wanted to.

That is a great idea! You can post it in the suggestions and feedback forum so admin can see it.

For certain reasons like? Lack of moderators? Server space? I can't imagine for a dating related forum. I can think of a fair number of respectable forums that allow images in sigs but still have a strict ToS.

But as a compromise I would suggest userbars over both images and badges, they take up less space and still get the job done in a neat way.

We are looking at ways to link to member profiles from vBulletin, but don't want to allow anything that could be easily abused by spammers and would also make it difficult to upgrade vBulletin as new releases become available.
