Default Tattoos on women

Quick question.........

What do the men out there think about tattoos on women? Comments from men and women are welcome....just a little something I've been given a lot of flack for, due to my tattoos. I've been told I probably won't find a companion of any lasting because of my appearance. (I'm not acceptable in "polite" society).

How many do you have and where are they located? To me this makes a difference. I got my first one this year and put it on the outside of my right ankle, and it is not very big, so if in public it will look ok not to noticeable. But think you should do whatever makes you feel good and is right for you.

I just got my first one a few weeks ago - it is on my ankle and I am planning to get another one very soon. At first I was a little skeptic but now I'm like whatever! It's your body and people should not judge you by the tattoos you have --

Okay you are all talking about small tattoos or ones that you can hide. Me, however, I'm about 80% covered in tattoos all over my body. I'm having a difficult time finding men to accept me for my personality and get over the tattoos. Granted, it's hard to "overlook" all of my tattoos. Unless I wore a turtleneck and gloves, they are going to be visible. I've talked to people over the phone before I've met them in person and have never made it a secret about my tattoos, but as soon as they (the guy) sees me; it's an instant "back pedal" and they don't call me anymore or want to pursue the relationship.

Any feedback on this?

Personally I don't like that amount of tattoos but don't mind a few small ones. That is only my personal view. I do know that some guys do like them and I guess when you have that many it is just a matter of finding the right person who is into them. Right or wrong it is a polarizing issue that you have to contend with. I hope that you are able to find someone who likes you for who you are and likes the art as well. Best of luck in your quest as we all have issues to get past.

Instead of worrying about acceptance, why not seek out the guys who are just as tatted up as you are? Trying to find the one who will "accept you as you are" is nonsense. That's just a compromise! Get the guy who Love-Love-LOVES tattooes! :-)

I have 2 rather large tattoos with more to come. I have found that most guys are not only accepting but that they like them. I bring it up real early on - if they don't like you with tatts then they aren't for you anyway.

I personally like tattoos. But u can have to many. Or have them in the wrong places. Or they can be to big. One that i dislike is on the neck. But i seen one lady that had a small (sive of a penny) heart on her neck. That was cool. Its all about location, size and wat it is.
