When in the earlier stages of a relationship, how long do you usually wait until moving forward into more affectionate and/or intimate activities?

Currently Im not in a relationship. When I am, I'm a total affection junky, however anything past cuddling I tend to refrain for at least a month or more. Depending on how often im together with the woman in question.

That Matt is a question only the 2 people involved can answer. For me I am a very affectionate lady. Love to hold hands, cuddle, & kiss. Anything more intimate than that, well again it all depends on whom I'm with & where the relationship is going. So I honestly don't have an answer for you as to when or how long before things should change & get more intimate than what I already said.

That is almost the way I wanted to ask the question, It is really dependent on the people involved. I guess a better question to ask is has anyone stepped outside their comfort zone in reference to warming up to your potential partner?

I remember watching "Girlfriends" on TV and they had a 3 month rule, but they never really followed through with it. I think it depends on the 2 individuals involved.

How high is "Up"?
As you can see if you care to think about it, the question really has no answer, only opinions.
I have meet people that I feel comfortable with, and I have meet people that will never, ever get to really know me.
Dating is not like a "Check List" for tasks completed.
If you cannot get past the primitive urge and look into your own feelings I do feel sorry for you and the people you meet.
Just be flexable and just go with how you feel, and then try to judge (as best you can) the ladies feelings.
