Aw, that is so nice to hear seagreen!! So HOW did you two meet, if you didn't want to talk to someone from out of state? Did he send you an email or ??? (or was it because I convinced you to post a clearer pic of yourself, heehee!) Just curious because I always feel the same way about talking to guys from out of state, that it would just be wasted time.

I do hope he is everything you're looking for and please keep us posted!

We met on another cougar site, and it was totally unexpected. I don't know why I even answered his message when I realized he was from away. He had not filled out his profile, and I suggested that he would get more responses if he did. He promptly did it, and let me know about it. I found him interesting enough to start a conversation when I read it. Just a casual interest at first with no anticipation at all on my part...

He saved all of our early messages so that we could see how it all evolved. Is that not romantic? Sigh...

I am a little nervous about our meeting even though I know it will be fine. And, I am really excited about it as well! Can real life stand up to such anticipation? He wrote me a song which his band is going to play that night.

I just wanted everyone to know that I had a great time with my new guy. He is so sweet and so much fun! He'll be back next month, and has already told his family about me. I feel incredibly lucky! What a sweetheart, he is. How did I ever find him? We had such a great time!

As an aside, for any of you in Florida, if you ever get the chance to catch a show given by the Divebar Stalkers, you should go! My new BF's band opened for that group. There was so much great music that night. What incredible performers they all were! A good time was had by all, and it is impossible not to find yourself jumping around when they are playing. Go see them!

If I sound giddy, it's because I am still feeling incredibly blessed by my good fortune. I wish all of you the best as well!

Thank you! I'll still be around here for the great threads, and the insights of all of the other members. There is no other site that provides this kind of support to both cougars and cubs out there. I am very grateful to remain a member here even though I am no longer "looking" but still want to be part of this community. I learned so much from all of you.
