Please i will like to know the reason for the saying ''life begins at age 40''. anyone there to tell me?

It is, b/c women over 40 are generally (1) more self confident, (2) more financially self sufficient, (3) more health conscious; (4) more experienced; (5) more spiritually grounded, (6) less disposed to "drama", and (7) not hung up on having more kids.
