Older Women/Younger Men

I have always been attracted to younger guys and they to me because I do look really young for my age (about 10 yrs younger). Can it work? Definitely, I am seeing someone 19 yrs younger right now for the last 4 months and I have so much in common with him its crazy. Guys my age just don't have the same interests as me and they typically don't take care of themselves. My boyfriend and I get along soooo well and for the first time in my 42 yrs I am actually enjoying sex to the fullest. I actually think that he could be the one. We'll see! I'm keeping my fingers crossed and hoping that we will defy the odds.

I am on this site because, a couple of yrs. ago, I met the most wonderful guy-only he was 16 yrs. younger than me. We spent 6 months flirting, talking, etc. but never got to the point of going out. He hinted at it, I thought he was joking, I hinted, he didn't get it, etc. Anyhow, it was definitely NOT sex that attracted me to him. He was funny, kind, attentive, sweet, talked to me as a person, not a conquest(!), looked in my EYES when speaking to me, we shared a lot of the same interests...unfortunately, we went our own ways, but I will always remember him. Whoever ends up with him will be the luckiest girl on the planet!! Yes, he was cute, and the nicest guy I ever met. His oulook on life was so different, so fresh, it was energizing to be around him!!

Sex is always nice, but I don't know about all these other guys, but a mature women just has sooo much more to offer. Conversation, knowlege, skills. Thats what everyone's missing out on. For me personally i like a women that knows wtf she is doing anywhere from talking, to bed.

I think that for the most part, it's about sex. If i'm not mistaken, older women are usually at there sexual peak. Younger men always enjoy sex and want to have it as much as possible. It's a perfect match. With that said, if the chemistry is that good that both the older woman and the younger man can get past the sex and not being afraid of being in public together, why shouldn't they fall in love or at least have a strong committed relationship. I always said that I would never be in a serious relationship with and older woman. Just want great sex and move on to the next woman because I was thinking that all we can do is just have sex and nothing more since the age difference is so great. My feelings have changed because if she makes me happy and I enjoy being around her, then age means nothing.

I personally believe that a lot of people, specifically some younger guys, such as a number of my friends are immature and limit their view of relationships between younger guys and older women as purely sexual because they can't get beyond the idea of it being a social taboo. Any relationship can be "just about sex", young and old, same age, even same gender. What people tend to forget is that the opposite can be and often is overwhelmingly true, that there can be deep connection and strong feelings regardless of any "boundary". Relationships are what you make them. Some people are content with leaving it at just sex, most want something a little more but it is important that we do not neglect that in a good relationship there can be that passion within commitment beyond the stereotype of empty lust.

lol anyone will tell you it's all about the romance- the dancing the candle lit dinners the walks on the beach- the coffee in the morning while jogging naked-- oops. that was just a dream I was having! lol-actually that might be kinda dangerous...I'll stick to the romantic thoughts I had earlier.
