Default Who is the head

In a cub and cougar relationship who do you think should be the head? The woman due to her experience and wealth of knowledge? Or the cub for being a man?

I like to let the man take the initiative and be the man...but really I'm in charge

I never really got the concept of a "head" of a relationship. It always seemed to run counter to the idea of two people striving for unity. But ultimately I'm a pragmatist -- whatever works for the couple, works for the couple. I don't think that there is only one right answer, just a lot of different perspectives.

I dont necessarily do the whole who wears the pants thing. Just whatever works. I like to be my own person and them be their own person.

I think in a relationship it changes from day to day. I agree with the guys that it depends on the situation and whatever works for that couple.
