Even if she WEREN'T getting divorced I don't know how one can consider a sex toy "cheating". It's a toy, a thing, not a living, breathing human being. I'm not saying it would be RIGHT to accept the gift (IF she were still in the marriage, that is). But how is it any different than HIM pleasuring himself with his own hand? All guys do that at some time. Does that mean every time a guy pleasures himself that he is cheating on his woman because he might be thinking of someone else and not his wife or girlfriend? Heck, I would MUCH rather my guy cheat on me with his own hand than another woman any day!

AND, just because the guy gave her the gift does not mean that she would be "thinking of him" when she uses it. She just might be thinking about whoever it is that turns her on!

Yep, things haven't been right for a long time.

I think some of the problem is that it didn't remain a personal problem between us. He had a bunch of things to say about me on his myspace without ever specifying that his definition of cheating was a BOF. I think "cheating *****" was my favorite Most think it's a living, breathing person and I would never do that while I was married. As far as I'm concerned, yes, I am still married but all that's left is the piece of paper, so no, I wouldn't sleep with another guy.

We've been separated as in living apart for those 8 months. Heck, he's got dates set up and I"m the one who's cheating

As for the clothes thing, he's never bought me anything really, so that doesn't count..and the rest of the sex toys that were mine he has locked up in a safe at his house, and has since the day he moved out. So all I have is my new BOF..sigh..but yes, if I did have any from him I would throw them all out.

Cleoquel, that is the 2nd post from you tonight that I have seen you complaining about the thread. The other thread was deleted, btw, as it should have been (but never was) by the previous forum mod.

Why is this on this forum you ask? Because someone on here asked a question and several others wanted to respond. If you have a problem with it, no one is FORCING you to read the entire thread OR to RESPOND. As to your second question, it makes no sense at all so I won't even try to answer that one.
