Question Hi, New Member Here.. HELP!

I am looking for some advice from anyone willing to give it.
I work in the Restaurant business and have recently become attracted to one of the younger men I work with (almost 15 years my junior)
We have some things in common. Sometimes I feel that he is attracted to me: ie. he will mention how a lot of girls call him, and how a lot of the women he has dated in the past are a lot older than he is. I catch him staring at me when I;m not looking and sometimes he will actually look right into my eyes.
He has not made a move however I get crazy when we work together because I can almost feel his attraction. I want to ask him out, but we work together .....etc./..and I don't want to look like a fool
Thanks
Lori

Are you his boss? Or are both of you just colleges?

If you’re his boss, I’d say you’re skating on thin Ice if you make a move. If you’re both colleges however, I would go for it and ask him out on a date (as it seems he’s not making the first move). I stick to my guns on this one: if the whole situation turns out to be a huge misunderstanding, it might get a bit awkward between the two of you for a little while. But if you’re good friends you’ll eventually over come that awkward feeling and carry on as friends.

Default I

say go for it if hes not your boss then you really have nothing to loose. If it's a big misunderstanding so what haven't you ever laughed at yourself? I crack myself up everyday with my sparkle ling personality and wit. rofl No really though just go for it you will never know if you don't at least try.
