Sweetprince, I don't think you can generalize what cougars want (marriage or just ltr) anymore than we can generalize what guys want. Bottom line is for each party to be upfront with what they are looking for - would solve a lot of problems and save a lot of wasted time. just my 2 cents worth |

I hoped it would be possible to generalize "a little" - just like sociologists do . I was wondering for how many (%) cougars "a-LTR-to-a-marriage" is a large, red stop sign, which stop them from reading rest of the profile. OK, no more sociological questions here.

Sweetprince, What does a percentage matter? (fyi, sociology was my major) If your profile states "a-LTR-to-a-marriage" and it's a stop sign for a woman - good for you. Why would you want her to contact you? If a person is not interested in one night stands, why be bothered with those that do? |

Yes, you are both right but... but look we went from "just a percentage question" - sth like "how much of population will vote for X.X" to an interpretation of question itself.Yes, I wrote "a-LTR-to-the-marriage" on my profile because am not interested in cougars looking for "just-short-term-fun". Of course I don't mind if others are looking only for some nights or similar, but I simply don't want such women to bother me A gazelle runs quite fast but even a gazelle gets tired if it runs too often. ![]() Happy New Year (I will have to wait 6 hours but as a gazelle am a bit impatient )
