Default Culture- on the Cheap !
For anyone interested in sampling " culture" i.e. Opera on the relative cheap!

On 19 March the Metropolitan Opera are performing Lucia di Lammermoor live.

At the same time it will be transmitted live into cinema's world wide. The ticket cost is similar to your local cinema ticket costs.

A number of us will be going in our respective locations. So if any of you want to join in wherever you are check out if there is a local cinema with it on.

I am not sure how on line booking works elsewhere, in London tickets are already on sale in 7 cinema's - The Barbican Cinema is already sold out!

I'm attending this event in Phoenix. If anyone is interested PM me, maybe we can get a group together. It's local time 10am Saturday 3/19, 3 hours 40 minutes.

Oh, the ticket price is $22 and a $1 service charge. I'm excited for this event.

It was brought to my attention that I had my settings set only receive messages from friends. OOPS!

Those of you that would like to attend the Opera send the message again, I'll get it now.

It's going to be a great event to spend together. Bring lots of kleenex, its such a tragic story. I'll have extra, no worries if you'd care to show your sensitive side. Your secret tears will be safe with me.
