I actually think it's a good wake up call which shows that, unless we get our act together and unite as older women to shape societal ideas about us, there'll be nothing "pioneering" about older women and our sexual desires. We'll just be moulded and fitted into the existing concept of women as passive sexual objects rather than defining a new form of sexuality. Just older versions of the same old, same old.
And I *don't* think that's what younger men want. That's not what they say they want anyway. They say they look to older women for something different
And I think there's a difference between this site and the "convention" (what a euphemism!!) because some men might be looking for NSA sex here but we have an equal say in whether that happens or not. It sounds like this convention is on a different track entirely. If it had a mr cub (yuck!) crown or whatever instead of, or in addition to, then that has a different feel to it.
