Default Looking for sophisticated older woman. London

Hi,
I love, and am looking for, that relationship of intelligent elegant mature professional woman and young gentleman.
I had a short relationship with a sophisticated brunette lady in her late thirties and have sort of lost interest in girls of my own age.

I'm intelligent and sufficiently well educated, and rather tall and handsome if I may say so. If there are any mature intelligent independent women in London then perhaps you could send me a message! Not looking to rush into anything though, would be good to get to know some people so feel free to send a speculative message!

(Am a tiny little bit paranoid about the openness of this, but will provide lots of photos for anyone genuine )

thank you

Gee, wish I lived in London! I hope you find some nice friends there...I always have loved British men. Since my first crush on one (Pete Townshend - who at the time was a good deal older than me!) After that came many many others. (from far away...only had one true English boy friend, he was the lead singer in a Mod band in the Mod revival of the early 80s).

Best of luck!

Thanks!

Well I looked up this Pete Townsend guy (there's a blackhole where my general knowledge of 'the who' should be), and he looks like an 'interesting' guy. It continues to amaze me that musicians have such a powerful effect on women! Even 'interesting' looking musicians!

I see that you are american (and in america unfortunately!). The one californian girl I used to hang out with absolutely adored my englishness. I remember once she asked me the time and when I replied, 'It's ten past six' in my normal way, she seemed to literally go weak at the knees! Although I have to say californian girls seem to be somewhat of a handful...

Oh we are! tee hee. Well, we're the most contemporary women on the planet, that's why. You need to keep up with us! Especially we who live in Los Angeles! (I'm not really kidding here, but I'll pretend to be!)

And yes, some of us American girls go crazy for the accent. Case in point, last night Steven Colbert (you know him?) had Daniel Craig (you DO know who he is, don't you?) on the show and talked about just that. That Daniel could have any American girl he wanted because he sounded smart saying just about anything. Then he made him say, "I hand wash my sweater vests" while looking straight into the camera and I do say, he sounded dreamy!

So funny! Hope you get this message, since I don't know how long ago you posted yours!

P.S. I don't blame you for not knowing who Pete Townshend is. Not exactly an obscure reference, but still an older one...

And Pete is very "interesting looking," but I loved him because he was so damn smart. His lyrics are brilliant poetry, not slick commercial fluff. The Who changed the rock world and influenced an entire generation of musicians. In fact, oddly, Pete is considered to be the father of punk, since he was such an influence on THe Clash, The Pretenders, The Dead Kennedys, Twisted Sister, etc.

I can't remember how old you are, maybe these references are too obscure too? Probably!

I've never really understood what makes Daniel Craig hot! (apart from the fact that he's James Bond )
I have to be honest lovelyj, most of those bands sound like ancient history to me. Although to be fair I am into dire straits and Pink floyd and the classic bands like led zep, so am not sure how much overlap there is with the punk influence. (I'm not really super interested in music). This pete townsend guy sounds a bit like the guy from the smiths, good lyrics and poetic etc.

HYML -- ancient history eh? That's so funny! Well, I'm not much into music anymore either. I have a handful of new artists that are interesting, but not many.

What do you do for fun? What do you do for not fun? Have you met any cougars on your side of the pond yet?

I have to admit, it's just as hard for us you know. I saw a very handsome young man in line at the Starbucks. Would have loved to talk to him, but it just seemed a little too forward in the moment. Hard to meet people "the old fashioned way" anymore...
