Not sure why, but I have to log in twice, to the main site (where my pics are) with the password I registered with, and to the forums with a temporary PW given to me by admin. Anyway I guess I will get that straightened out eventually.

I don't know how to delete my post, but I at least changed it. Even though it was generating some interest in what peoples' responses would be, I just feel that in order for me to fully explain our (bf and me) situation so it wouldn't sound too bizarre would be much too long of a story. with too much drama and even tragedy. Since I myself can see how "bad" it looked on the surface, I truly didn't want to cause any controversy, disruptions or bad feelings amongst you, my new friends. I apologize for posting my previous comments. Thanks for being here -- it's a great site.
