I'm 45, almost 46 years old. I don't know why I feel so horny this summer.

I'm usually very shy and not interested in men. But now I dream about men everyday, and want their attention. I feel like I cannot control myself any more.

Is this just temporal phase in our life?

Will this feeling disappear when I'm 46 years old?

Probably not disappear, I think we all go through that phase (for a lack of a better term). Also it is summer and thoughts turn to fun, even the bedroom kind, heat up. Go with the flow, enjoy yourself, an be happy that you are still feeling sexual.

Without wishing to be rude to you, at all, I find it incredible that you'd reach the age of 45 and not know the answers to such questions.

How about putting a picture up of yourself? We always ask the men to do that so it seems only fair to ask everyone to.

From the definition of Cougar, I googled it. Most of them says 30 to 45 years old woman.

Since I'm not 46 yet, of course I don't know the answer. I hope I can get the answer from some big sisters.
