Please click on the FAQ menu option in the blue menu bar at the top of this page. This will take you to a list of messages with instructions about how to use this Forum and manage your account.

You do however have your own profile within the forum and you can manage it via the user control panel. Simply click on User CP in the blue menu bar above and view the menu options on the left hand side of the page. The options allow you to choose an avatar or upload your own.
