I presume the women you are trying to talk to or flirt with are out in the real world.
What you have to do is differentiate between the older women and the cougars. While all cougars tend to be older women, not all older women are cougars.
You might have to do a bit of research to find out where the cougars are likely to appear. If you have the inclination to hit the bars, you can always try to google "cougar bars <location>", just replace <location> with your town or nearby city.
If you're in the US, go to urbancougar.com and search for places in your area. Unfortunately that site only lists US locations, so I have to do a bit more research.
I came across a few names of bars that the cougars might prowl in my city here, but I'm not the sort who prefers to go to bars.
What we need is an online resource for those who don't want to have to go to bars to find a cougar. A database that not only lists bars/pubs, but shops, events, parks, libraries, flea markets, etc. That the cougar prowls. In particular locations that are submitted by actual users about where they may be hunted
