New to the site, would love some advice from the ladies here.

I am 20 years old and I recently started working a job as security at the overnight Wal-Mart. I have always had a thing for older woman, but always assumed that they wanted no part in a guy my age. I have no problem getting dates my age, but theres always the fact of me wanting an older woman. There is a very attractive woman *roughly aged 30-35* who has been coming in to the store roughly once a week. We have started to make small talk when I see her and she smiles alot. I try to playfully tease her (bust her balls) but I need to know if it would be innapropriate if I asked her out (she has no wedding ring) If I could get any advice on a way to find out if shes interested, or a way to ask her out that would be greatly appreciated.

Okay - glad you looked at her finger first! How does she react to you? There is nothing wrong with asking her out, you will never know unless you do, but dont be let down if she declines your offer.
