I am a 29 year old male who is very interested in a 38 year old woman..I have asked her out and she has accepted my invite..however she does not call me , but I am always chasing her (calls, e-mails with no reply)..but when I see her she smiles a lot and tells me that she is very interested but has a lot going on in her personal life....I am curious to know what are some signs that a older woman is not interested? I dont wat to look like a fool here, and I am beginning to think I am wasting my time...any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!

Well, if one has a lot going on in their life, that's a clear indicator they may not have time for someone else.

Sorry hun, but for whatever reason, she does not seem interested in spending time with you. If you feel she is sending you signals that she is interested, then the next time you see each other - pin down a date even if it is for coffee in the afternoon. Just don't let the moment to pass you by again - then you will know for sure if she cant tell you a definate yes.

I agree with Tarni that she's not interested, or rather not "interested enough." However, I'm not sure pressing further is a good idea. Why? Specifically, if she does truly have a lot going on personally, she needs no more "on her plate." The fact that she smiles and says she is interested is contrary to her actions. Actions speak louder than words...even encouraging words. You would do well to remain charming, happy to see her when you do, but if she's truly interested, let her initiate. You've chased too much already and any pressing her is only going to further decrease your "emotional value." JMO
