Default What Attracts a Cougar?

I have a math brain so it's really more simple for me to break everything down into metrics.
What do Cougars look for in younger guys?
Firstly, specifically attributes that don't concern physical nature.
And then, what do Cougars look for ONLY physically?

I can hope and other people can say that it's either one or the other but in any relationship there has to be a harmony.
Really I just need to figure out the basics so I can see if the endeavor of attempting to find a more mature woman to spend most of my time with is worth the energy and time spent attempting to attain this goal.
Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

a sense of humor is the first thing I notice in a man. physically, for some reason I find myself really attracted to a man with a mustache and eyeglasses.

Let's get my low self esteem out of the way.
I am not attractive. I am moderately chubby, have crooked teeth, an overbite, and a bad haircut most of the time.
I am more looking for data for 'how can I make up for' rather than plotting just how much I am not what anyone wants on a fabulously detailed chart.

Exercise, go to the gym, workout, run, diet, whatever floats your boat to lose weight. You can go to a dentist & try to fix your teeth. Go to a barber & change the way your hair looks. You are the one stating all these things you think are flaws, so I'm just trying to let you know there are ways to correct each & everything you are complaining about. I'm not saying there is anything wrong with you, you are putting this on yourself. Think you need an ego boost for starters.

Simple Truth.

1. Go to the Gym.

2. You can make friend's at the gym. This will help your self esteem. Go talk to the guy's working out ask question's. Get to know some of them. Not all of them are ***hole'*. Go shoot some hoop's if you like basketball.

3. Get to know some of the woman at the gym.

4. You really don't need a personal trainner get a book instead. A partner does help build self esteem between the both of you working out. If you only knew how much they charged per session.

5. May I, recommend " The Men's Health Big Book of Excercises ". You used to be able to get this at a Border's book store.

6. Got a dog ? Take him or her for a walk at the park. If they allow it.

7. Visit the dentist. Fact - Even after brace's teeth shift with out constant use of the retaineer every night. Personal known fact after being told not to use it after 4 year's.

8. Check your age and height with the possible weight you should probly weigh now.

9. Wanna lose weight ?. Stop drinking sweet stuff such as soda's or sweet tea or so forth. Plan out a calorie plan of at least above 1500 calorie's or consult your doctor. Walk away no run away from sweet's. Candy will do you no good however you can eat chocolate as long as there is more Coca then there is Sugar. Just expect to go work it off in a hour or you will gain fat. Buy 100 calorie treat's or less should you want them. Eat something every 3 hour's to keep your metabolism up.

10. Fast food restraunt's - Order the Salad. Fish is good for you. Grilled chicken not fried. Stay away from the bread less it's wheat.

11. It all depends on how fast you wanna look good. I've ate whatever I, wanted and still went to the gym not every day mind you and still lost 40 lbs in a year just goofing off. However if you want to lose weight faster visit the gym more often and burn 500 calories a day. 3500 calories lost = 1 lb of fat.
Consult " The Men's Health Big Book of Exercise's and you can lose 3 to 4 lb's of fat from there exercise plan pretty fast.

12. Avoid heavy weight lifting use the Weight Assisted machine's first. Introduce your body to the equipment.

13. Quick snack's. Mmmmm canned tuna in water extra protein and great for you especially if your hungry. Popcorn you can eat this although i'd suggest 100 calorie bag's. Chew on this Apple's , Plum's & Banana's.

14. Woman don't get any idea's it's just a banana :P.

Self Esteem issues and generally obvious solutions aside.
I am trying to fix the things I think are wrong with me. Aside from money being tight I have been recently adjusting my diet and doing runs.
In the meantime. Looking for personality traits, levels of intelligence, and behavioral patterns that are favorable to older women.
Being 18 kinda makes it difficult to attract anyone on face value, especially for a serious interpersonal connection.
