Personally,
I only care about how guys look when guys are bad looking .
But when they are good looking, I do not care so much about how they look and start caring about other issues like their personality, interest and education.

I'm just curious if older women are too timid or embarrassed to "show" interest in the younger men because it is still considered a little taboo. Least here in the States.

It's a little different for us men approaching an older women. Women around the same age, different story.

I think the main reason you are not finding cougars anywhere is because you are not making yourself known to them. If you go to a social function and do not attempt to talk to an older woman you find appealing, you are never going to "find," one. Next time you are out, instead of hitting the dance floor where all the younger girls mostly go to grind up all over everyone, try sitting back a bit and create dialoge with the people outside of the dance floor. I may be wrong on this so please ladies, help me out, but im pretty sure you would rather talk a bit first before you want a guy rubbing all over you.

so right you are. Before I start grinding on any guy (lol) or he starts grinding on me I'd sure like to know a little more about him. Seriously, talking is good. I'm not in this just to get laid, I can go to a bar & p/u a guy if I wanted to do that. I'm more of a romantic & personally looking for more than just a rub down or grinding
