Such a shame that so many people on the internet do seem to be scammers of some sort or other. I see there is a wonderrful campaign out there to take the scammers as far as you can get them. Heard recently of a scammer ("We have $30 million in an account in Nigeria which we need to transfer but have to pay an administration fee of $30,000 in exchnge for which we will give you $5 million") who was sent by his intended victim to Somalia (not the most tolerant of countries) and told to wear a Christian minister's robes so he could be recognised. It ended up with the scammer being told to present a note written out for him in the local dialect (which he didn't understand) at a bank in the middle of Somalia which read "I am here to rob this bank. Give me all your money or I will kill you".
Have to remember that if you meet one decent kind person it has to make up for all the dross that may be thrown at you along the way and certainly never, ever give anyone money or bank details or travel to a strange country without a backup plan if the guy or girl turns out to be a scam.
Life must have been easier when the knights wore shiny armour and the princesses all had those pointy hats!
