The right away to leave a relationship?

"Well. I liked this girl. She is realllllyy nice. She told me she liked me around last year from now. The thing is, she doesn't act like she likes me. She acts the same to me than all her other friends, and sometimes leaves my out. I've begin to relize that when I talk to her, I don't really talk the way I feel.

Now this other girl, i talk to her the way i feel from the heart and be myself. I think I am falling for her.

Is this right? I will tell the other girl that I don't really ""like like"" her anymore due to the previous reasons. Im only in 7th grade, so it wont be that bad, i hope."
