A couple of years ago I dropped my son off at a golf course, he was 18 at the time and the guy behind the counter said. I have a group for your husband to play with..LOL my husband?, he was either blind or very smart..

If I'm buying a bottle of wine at my favorite grocery store, the guys always look me in the eye and say, "Are you 21 today?" One of my favorites is a cute geeky type...he actually commented on my selection of Ezekiel bread, which is the only kind I buy these days.... good for that A type blood! And then there's the constant purchases of salmon, broccoli, spinach, and the eggs with the dark yolks. (yeah I'm fussy about food) We both blush while we're talking to each other....maybe I should look into that! hehe

Don't get me wrong...I'm not at all opposed to telling my age. Its all in the approach. And if you're giving me a compliment, leave out the age disclaimer. And most def do not say mid-forties, without checking my age first. I've been with a 21 yr old for about 4 months, and the age factor doesn't even come in to play...He got me by saying.."I don't really care how old you are...you're just hot..period".

And Tantric, I just bought a new purse on my last mini vacation 3 weeks ago. It is hot PURPLE, made out of some kind of shiny material, has a HUGE rhinestone cross encrusted on the front, metal studs around the bottom and a scarf hanging out the end of it. All of my co-workers call it my "rocker chick" purse, haha!! I LOVE it and I have inspired the girl who sits next to me (who is much younger than me) to get out of her "box" and buy something other than a boring old black purse next time, haha!! OH, the best compliment on it was the girl who saw me in the ladies room and said "now THAT purse is a party in a bag"! LMAO!
