well marty, i agree with the too old question, but im not sure about the hubby question, i always say something like a woman like you has to have a couple of guys chasing after her, then thatll open her up to tell me if shes available. ladies is that acceptable?

Ha ha Marty - very true indeed! And Charlie - you are full of tricks aren't you? I personally don't care if someone asks me my age and am quite happy to tell them: if it is a deterrent then so be it. There are other ways to figure the age of someone out too: 'when were you at college?' 'how old are your kids?' ( if they have any and then a sneaky 'how old were you when you had your first child?') though I'm not suggesting you would want to interrogate someone quite so thoroughly when you first meet! The music/band/concert is a good one though - me I went to the Isle of Wight Festival in 1970 and saw Jimi Hendrix last performance before he died...very memorable

Charlie - any woman should be honest and tell you if she is available from the word 'go'. Although your question would be a delight to hear as it is very flattering it might not reveal that there is a husband at home because in reality he isn't 'chasing after' her: well he might start if he found out she was dating another man! If a person wants to hide the fact they have a partner they will lie about it without doubt

I would hope that a female would want to be honest, because no matter if it is a traditional relationship or a one such as these, honesty and trust are always important.

well of course the liars will lie and that question is to be asked shortly after meeting and shortly before getting the number. now if she neglects the fact that she has a hubby after answering the chasing question with a no then proceeds to give up her number, then she falls into that liar category! cant do much about them except watch out!
