What kind of physique do women find most appealing?

Hello all!

I'll keep this brief, but what kinds of physiques do women generally find attractive? I have been involved with strength sports for some time now (I'm 22) and my physique reflects that. Now, I've had a lot of women tell me that "muscles are a turn-off" but is that those behemoth bodybuilders or what? I can't really see why someone would find an athletic body unappealing, but that might just be me or the way men and women view different things...

We are all different in our preferences, of course & there are women who adore muscles. I have dated slim, average and some muscular guys, myself, but if too muscular, I am not attracted at all.

I work in healthcare with a colleague who is extremely muscular. He competes professionally, appearing in competitions that can be seen on You Tube. He is so muscular that he does not even look very human to me when I see him without scrubs on. He is the nicest guy, but I like him far better with his clothes on!
