The first email can be a bit difficult. If you saw her profile and/or pic you can comment on whatever it was that made you want to talk more to her. For example, you really like her smile or you like what she had to say in her profile. You can also introduce yourself by your real name. I always appreciate it when a guy does that right away.
If you start chatting with her on messenger, talk to her just like you would talk to anyone that you are just meeting for the first time. Hi, how is your day/night going, what kinds of things do you enjoy doing, what do you do for work? Also a really good ice breaker (I think) is to ask her why she is interested in younger guys. Since the two of you already have something in common (ow/ym) it's usually a good way to strike up some interesting conversation!
