Maybe it's different in the UK or the USA, but the average age of the women who frequent the yoga studio I attend are between 25 and 40. Also, there are many guys who attend, especially before and after average work hours.

I have tried to pass on the message to UK cougars by wrting about my love of them in several UK magzines but my sugestions of articles have been rejected. The UK media seems fixated on portraying only younger women which is so boring!

Wish I could give you the answer. But I only went to yoga once and I was paying too much attention to the teacher...

desertfish - A more "relevent" tale might be the one from a gym i often frequent.

I don't use the one i work at so much due to being well known with the members, and being unable to "work" alone. The other i go to, a fella working there has a piece of skirt he see's on the side, before going back to his wife. He was telling me about having his way with this minx on the seated row, leg press, incline benches etc.
