I'd do it. Start subtle but amp it up as she responds well. If she doesn't take it well, turn it down a notch and build some comfort, then bring it up again.

If she wants you, she'll cooperate.

Best case scenario: You'll not only have a fun girlfriend, but might get a raise or something from her favoritism.

Worst case scenario: You're fired. Big deal, you said this job was replaceable right?

Ok just a little update.. apparently she's got a kid as well:/ I happened to hear it while she was talking with one of my workmates. It's kinda dissapointing to be honest, I mean, what kind of woman flirts with you when she not only is married but has a kid as well? I mean, if she was just married and things weren't going so well with her husband that would be a different story but this doesn't seem to be the case.
I kinda like her really and not just in a sexual way, but perhaps it's better to stop before even starting anything.
I'm not fond of a woman with kids.. I'm not sure what to think about it but being younger AND having indirect experience of what a kid means in a persons life.. I'm not jealous or anything lol but her kid will always be part of her life and it's her husbands kid you know?
Oh well... I think too much!! :/
