Beyond the Bars & Webcams

Been browsing the site for a while and lurking in the forums quite a bit lately and wanted to know peoples take on the bar and similar scenes they usually meet cougars/cubs. I don't drink and am pretty reserved myself, but am thinking of giving it a shot. Not too sure what all to do as I am really laid back, not agressive really in my approach and prefer affectionate conversation to giving the infamous slap on the ass. :P

That or continue to chill in the background being myself and let things just fall into place eventually. Being a younger male, patience can be a bit of a challenge.

I understand exactly what you mean. I am pretty laid back and enjoy going out but am sometimes reserved in approaching a prospective cub. For me its all in the eyes. I can usually get one or two looks that say if he's interested or not. I would say don't just limit it to bars. I see prospects out at the grocery store, the mall, everywhere.

Hang in there. Keep your eyes open and you'll find a cougar out there prowling around.

Definitely, I prefer subtlety myself, much easier to get a feel for who you're dealing with.

Slapping someone on the ass without them wanting it would seem like it would have that kind of result. "Getting a feel for them" was in the figurative manner.
