Younger guy looking for an older women...

Never thought it would be this hard... Im 19 165lbs, 5'10 with an athletic build and I've never had any luck with older women. Where I work I deal with em' all day long and love to joke around and make them laugh. But I guess work just isn't the place to meet em' nor the gym because there swarming over there. Just not having any luck... someone give me some advice! How can I make it obvious I'm interested without being super creepy.. I'm afraid they will get creeped out being "hit on" by a younger guy even if I approach it in a respectful manner.
