Any person who falls for this IMHO is not very bright. I would NEVER EVER give my c/c # or any personal info to someone calling me for any reason. Also there are scams where you'll get an e-mail telling you to click on such n such because your c/c# was used w/out your authorization. Anytime anyone asks for personal info c/c# address, SS# etc DO NOT EVER give out that info. I was contacted by American Express for a chagre for airline tickets to Russia by a phone call. I said I didn't make that charge. I hung up then called the AMEX # on my credit card to very if this really happened. Guess what someone did try to purchase tickets to Russia with my CC#. There was no way in hell I was giving anyone on the phone my info. So, I called them & they changed my CC#. Always be 1 step ahead of scammers, if it quacks like a duck, walks like a duck & smells like a duck it must be a duck. ALWAYS be careful, it's the smart thing to do.
