Amy Winehouse Has Died

I posted this on the blogs as well, but since many people don't read both, I'm posting it here, too. Are there any other Amy Winehouse fans here?

Today I read that the incredibly talented 27-year old singer/songwriter Amy Winehouse has died. I'm so sad to hear this, I'd always hoped that she'd have pulled through her well-known drug addiction and return to make more music. Now it's never going to happen. Her last five years on Earth weren't peaceful, but at least now she can rest in peace. Now I'm going to listen to "Back to Black" and "You Know I'm No Good".

I was so said to hear Lunamor about Amy Winehouse. I did shed some tears of sadness. I have her CD and have listened to it quite often, marveling at her emotions and soul and her ability to voice it all.

The USA finally caught on to her and now she and her music soul are gone, forever.

I hope she and her family/friends can find peace with this tragedy.

I'm sure she wasn't expecting this at 27. I'm not even sure what this 27 club is about but it has quite a few famous member's added to it including now her.

I'm betting more on a blood clot that did it for her. The drug's were no help either but the chemical's inside the drug's i'm sure led to it.

I, only enjoyed one of her song's while at the gym but that was it. Guess she should of stayed in rehab. If I, was to voice this in a diffrent way it would of been negative. Tho still it's sad to see some one go very young and a nice voice.

CH - she got far too much adverse publicity from the media even including immediately after her death with reports of 'drug overdose' and 'drinking binge' causing her death either separately or together. The truth appears to be that the cause is not yet known as the autopsy was inconclusive and the results of toxology tests won't be known for some weeks. Whatever the reason she is a wonderful talent lost far too soon.

I, understand sonia. Tho i'm thinking it to be a blood clot. It doesn't take much to go like a breath in the wind.

It is a sad thing for whatever reason to lose a truly talented person from this earth.

There is also a report in the letter the possibility she died with child. Unborn that is but you know how those news paper tabloids are.
