Lets ditch cougars and cubs!

The way I see it, if I am a cougar, then I already have two cubs....I gave birth to them. So anyone who tells me they want to play cub to my cougar is raising serious doubts in me as to whether they are harbouring some kind of Oedipal complex. Icky.

So, I have been playing around with some ideas, and this is the one that works best so far. I'd love to see if anyone else can come up with anything as well...it could be fun!

I think I'd much rather describe myself as a GOLD looking for my SILVER ahead of all the other common appellations for older women.

I'd rather take the term cub over silver.

Are we talking about the term of a person that was born to a female which is his mother and want's to get with his mom. So, he want's to kill his father to get with his mom. That is a twisted term. I, think your looking for another term for a guy of a younger age wanting a older woman. A guy wanting his own mother is just sick & twisted.

_CougarHunting_, Red's point is that "cub" refers to the offspring of a "cougar" - hence, "mother" and "child". In a dating context, using such terms might not be Oedipal but it definitely carries an incestuous image!
