Coworker cougar

Ok so I am in my mid 20s and the woman in question is in her early 40s. She is divorced and not currently in a relationship.

I talk to her on facebook on a regular basis, usually about work related items but I try and turn the conversation into non-work related items. We've also had some text exchanges.

I feel that there is a potential here, she is always saying how smart she thinks I am etc...

How do I go about relaying the message "i'm interested" without scaring her away?


Btw: I work for a very large corporation and we hardly see each other, maybe once a month.

My guess is she is sending positive signals...compliments from an older woman are genuine. We women really have no time, can't be bothered with someone we are not actually interested in...so if she is spending time with you on FB in off-work-hours time, then brooch the idea of maybe meeting for coffee somewhere. See where it goes.

Yes I figured that much, we exchange messages on an almost daily basis. She was home the other night because her duaghter was sick and we chatted for over 1 hour...she was telling me a bit about her life etc (I told her to). She was always asking about me but I didn't know much about her at the time.
