I have to say this place does seem a little on the quiet side.

I've been here on and off for a year or so and unfortunately have made few connections with people. I was starting to think there was something wrong with me!

I have to ask this because I just don't get what you mean by it's quiet on here. What is it you're expecting out of the site? It is not myspace or fb meaning it is not a social networking based site. It is a dating site, do you really know how those are supposed to work? You fill out your profile, you post a pic, you hope you sound interesting and then you use the search feature and send out some emails to people you are interested in and wait to see if they message you back and if you're lucky you might get a connection out of it. In no way was anyone who signed up promised to be entertained... correct? Oh and dan if you ever came to Houston I'd deff show around.
