?????? Why should there be a "where" do you? How about anywhere we are, anytime, or anyplace. Why does there have to be a "where". To me it doesn't matter where I talk to them or they approach me.

Talk to them as you would a woman your own age. Be yourself. If you try to be someone you're not, you're basically going to end up shooting yourself in the foot. If you're not ready to do this, you're not ready to see someone your senior. Trust me on that one.
