its still legal in two states to choose death by firing squad, i think the last one was a few months ago if i remember right

it's actually a little over 0.3 liters, not 5 to 6 gallons, you physically couldn't hold that in your circulatory system, typically a person holds 5 or 6 liters of blood in there system or a little over 1.5 gallons.

Sodium thiopental (basically like super heroin, a type of anaesthetic or in lamens terms something that makes you pass out uber fast)

pancuronium (hope i spelt that right, a paralytic or something that makes you loose control of muscle funtion)

and a form of metal halide chlorine that kills your heart, its mixed with something else but i can't remember what it is and i'm to lazy to look it up lol


I find it funny that if you kill someone state side, they lock you up in prison and attempt to kill you "humanely" or put you in a 8x6 cell for 100+ years

But if your handed a military uniform and go kill the same people in a foreign country, they throw your ass a parade down the street, give you medals of honor, make movies and television shows, interview your acts of murder on a special television channel dedicated to it and write it down in the history books.

FYI crack possession carries a heavier sentence then rape and child molestation does. except for serial rapists there aren't any on death row.

child molesters typically get 5 years prison and another 5~8 on paper

crack addicts get an average of 14 years prison time, and its rather funny that your more inclined to get a paper sentence (called a deferred term) for molesting your 7 year old daughter then for being addicted to crack cocaine

oh and possession of crack cocaine is wayyy worse then possession of cocaine.. got to keep darky down in prison you know (thanks Regan)

Violet and anyone else who thinks we don't execute whites in the U.S. I'd like you to know that Texas the biggest executing state in the US has no qualms about the death penalty for anyone of any race.

It will give you the killer's name, their race, the year they were executed and THEIR VICTIMS names. If you can't do the time (or in this case the penalty of death) don't do the crime (oh, btw we only execute people for KILLING other human beings not for rape or any other heinous crime).

Our jails are a joke and yes, I do know that for a fact and from what I understand prisons are even nicer than county jails. If you don't want to spend your life in a 6x10 foot room then don't do something that gets you admission to one.

i disagree with this one and ill explain why.

its a common misconception that an eye for an eye is technically a bad term. this term was brought about at a time when it was justifiable to take a starving persons hand for stealing a piece of food.
this term has been used for ages, this was used to ensure the punishment fit the crime.

as far as the death penalty goes, its still in the books, if you steal a horse in texas the owner of the horse can have you hung! seriously. dont mess with texas! in instances where someone has raped another person it is imperative that person is not allowed to rape another person. it is our duty to prevent that as a society. if you disagree then invite a rapist into your home. im sure youre saying i would never invite them into my home but that doesnt mean they dont deserve a second chance.

well if we dont dispose of them then they WILL end up in someones home, it just might be yours. do you think they're going to give you a heads up before coming over? if not your house maybe your neighbors. in the grand sceme of things we are all neighbors! and the thought of some guy masturbating (with a smile on his face) in a jail cell to a womans screaming agony is enough for to not be satisfied with a life behind bars. they are the scum of the earth and should be treated as such.

and twigs is hit some good points about police being racially biased, its rediculous how im treated differently for looking white, as opposed to my friends who are obviously hispanic! the thing is numbers dont lie. when i was treated better than my hispanic cops it was by hispanic officers! no joke. its just understood by people in authority that minorities are typically not as well off as whites. which leads them to a life of crime in some cases. where as a white person im expected to be a good guy, based on the statistics. amazing the world we live in!
