Has anyone been or hired an escort? If so, how far is ok to go while on the clock; so to speak, without being classed as a prostitute?

Or escorts classy or overpriced sex toys?

If you found yourself in a desperate financial situation, would you advertise yourself as an escort; non sexual of course? Say after a messy divorce and needed money to suport the kids, etc...

I'd rather clean toilets or wait tables than be "paid company". There are always "expectations".....PLEASE, nobody stays in that business for long without putting out. I mean no man is gonna pay you $100 an hour just for chit chat. An escort is just a highly paid prostitute....just a step up from a street walker. No matter what label you slap on it, they are all...well the "W" word. ;-)~

Haha, this is so funny because just the other day I was having a conversation with a guy at my work about this. I live in what is considered an "upscale" town (even though I personally do not have a lot of money, lol). So this guy was talking about "high class call girls from xxxxxtown (the city I live in)". I said honey, it doesn't matter what kind of car you drive or what kind of fancy dress you wrap around it, a HO is a HO is a HO!!

lol being paid company sounds all well and good but it sounds very..... If you are for it, or against it for a woman, then you have to have the same policy for a man, otherwise you are a hypocrite.

Oh, and since there is such an animal as a male escort, then I assume there are women who do not mind paying for their services. Frankly, I see no issue with escorts per se; people have all sorts of occasions in their lives where they don't really want to attend a particular event stag, and if they have the money, then why not have a hired companion for the occasion? We pay people to do a lot of things in our lives; why not pay someone to play the part of an attractive, personable date, at a wedding (for example). Beats sitting alone all evening, watching other people have a good time.
