Tinychat is by far the best customizable chat I have come across, so I have opened one up..
For now it is open, no sign up required and anyone can broadcast their webcam or microphone (No nudity, and a report function)
There is space for 5 moderators, I don't necessarily want to fill that role as I am relatively new here but I can designate 5 others if anyone wants to volunteer!
