What the heck were these people thinking??? No decent person in their right mind would have sex in public. I certainly would not want to be having a picnic in the park with my family or friends and have all that action going on nextdoor. For God's sake go get a ROOM!! Now I do disagree with the adultery charge. These two people were consenting adults but it just so happened she was married. Where does a cop get to judge in a case like that because he knew she was married? Is that NY law? That should be left to her, the husband, and the boyfriend.

Oh wow, I have had sex in places I shouldn't have, and I guess the whole idea is not to get caught, which I never was. A picnic table is out of the bounds of not getting caught, there are families there for crying out loud, have some respect for others. Like Lynda said, get a ROOM!

What a stupid thing to get arrested for. If I get arrested, it'll be for something worth it. Like punching the cop that comes to arrest me for having sex in a park. Just one thing that comes to mind. hahaa
