Default Martial arts
Ive noticed there are a few martial artists here, ive done some Muay Thai, Shotokan and a tad bit of Lau Gar, looking to go into wing chun, would be great to hear from people who study the martial arts and tell everyone your background in your training

Chilledice you are a man after my own heart! I practice Bajiquan, Bagua, and im looking to start sport karate (also known as taijutsu in some places) there are more martial artists here?

Bajiquan looks awsome! seems great for close range fighting, i think i gotta get back into shape before i start hardcore training again, ive gained a few lbs haha i wanna learn hand trapping, pressure points things like that

ive never been good with trapping >< but thanks to lots of bagua i did get very good at using qi in addition to force from bajiquan lol. I want to be a mercinary, but i dont like the american military...ahah

mate there is always the Foreign Legion, tons of them get contract work in Iraq and Afghanistan after their service, thats what im considering anyway

Hmm, I may just try that. I have many many goals haha one is to leave the states, travel abroad for a while, settle in england, open up as many orphanages as my gained wealth can support comfortably and get knighted before 40 :3

Thats a hell of an ambition Rozen!!! My son and daughter are both black belts in Shotokan I used to travel all over europe to watch them in tournaments, in fact my son was the paris under 10 champion when he was 10....he's 27 now!!

Im curious, how old were they when they got their black belts? its always a good thing to get the kids involved in a sport like martial arts

Doesnt matter what belt you were, i never done any belts how long did you do taekwondo for?
