In the work environment, it's always best to start out with LUNCH. We all have to take lunch and if we like someone's convo, it SO makes our day! Since you work in a really intimate environment, you'll need to go slow...like pursue the friendship angle. Sorry if you said you HAVE, but I'm very tired and just about to retire to the bath.
