Ailurophile, my favorite compliment isn't verbal - it's when a guy really looks at me and makes good eye contact, smiles, comes over to say hello and shows me that he'd like to know me better. If he doesn't ruin it with a banal comment like, "Wow yer haaawt" (translation: Wow, you're hot), I like it very, very much - and I'm already half way to liking him a lot, too.
