I'm in the position right now to purchase more houses and turn them around. But that sounds like too high of a risk for what the market currently looks like.
I could sit on them or rent them out. but the property taxes i think would eat more then i'd actually make off of them again with the current market.
Lol making money is easy, Not sure why some people have a hard time doing it. Guess they spend what they make + some... which seems to get them screwed over in the end, instead of just living without until you can actually afford something.
